About Me

Real Estate since 1996

Born and raised in a rural setting of Northern California I learned to love the great outdoors very early in life. To relish and treasure the wilderness and recreational opportunities that abound. I've lived in the Portland/Vancouver metro area for over 30 years and couldn't image living anywhere else. My girlfriend Stacey, three adult sons and one granddaughter are the loves of my life.

The origin of my real estate career started with building a custom home in the west hills of Portland in 1995. It was such a wonderful learning experience that it made me question at the time my career choice. Soon after a budding real career began in earnest. The process of selling many different types of properties in the Portland Metro Area over 18 years and working with other real estate brokers in those transactions led me to real estate management. I love to help others and see them prosper, learn and grow. The management portion of my career took root in 2017 at Windermere Real Estate in Wenatchee managing 36 brokers for two years and then the move to Managing Broker at Cascade Sotheby's Vancouver office in 2019.

My family and I love working and living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, day hiking in the Gorge and backpacking in the Cascades. We really enjoy checking out a local brew pub, the many boutique restaurants around town and traveling to the Oregon Coast. One of my favorite things to do is to play a competitive round of golf with friends and family. My personal/ business philosophy is really quite simple: I live by the golden rule -- one should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself.
